Meet the team

  • Jordy Bowman

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jordy has a demonstrated passion for working in partnership with businesses and individuals, and particularly First Nations peoples, to achieve their aspirations for their communities and countries. She thrives on driving collaboration between governments, businesses, communities and other organisations for mutually beneficial outcomes.

Jordy has extensive experience working across federal and state governments, Aboriginal corporations and not-for-profit organisations, specialising in community and economic development in remote Australia and transitioning economies. Through a variety of senior leadership roles, she has honed her skills in organisational systems and processes and change management through both establishment and growth phases.

Her passion for Aboriginal economic empowerment and supporting Traditional Owners to achieve their economic and community development aspirations has seen her based in the Northern Territory’s Top End for more than 10 years. During this time, she has established a strong and trusted network across all levels of government, peak bodies, Land Councils, industry and Traditional Owner groups, which she leverages to support client outcomes.

Jordy is a member of the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA) board, the Chair of Jabiru Property Services Ltd, as well as the Cooperative Research Centre on Transformations in Mining Economies’ Impact Committee.

Bec has worked across a range of sectors, including for purpose, health, construction and hospitality, and understands the challenges that businesses face working in the Northern Territory’s unique environment (as well as all the best parts that those who call the Territory home know about!).

Bec’s passion for travel, experiencing new places and sharing those experiences creatively inspires her to think outside of the box when developing solutions and content for partners.
